After submitting my booking, I understand it’s only confirmed once I receive the final confirmation email. I’ll find details like the meeting point and process in that email. CKT Transfer Turizm Taşımacılık may update terms, conditions, or site content without prior notice. If any part of this contract is unclear, contact our customer service in writing.

Service Terms

2.1. CKT Transfer Turizm Taşımacılık connects you (the buyer) with transport providers as an intermediary.

2.2. Booking means you and the provider accept the duties outlined here.

2.3. This contract is between you and the provider; we’re not responsible for service disputes.

2.4. You confirm you’ve reviewed the service’s key details, price, payment method, and all preliminary info before confirming online.

2.5. We’re not liable for delays, accidents, injuries, or extra costs caused by weather, natural events, or inaccurate flight info you submit.

2.6. If a provider can’t deliver due to unforeseen events, you can cancel (bypassing standard rules) or delay the service. Approved cancellations will be refunded within 3 days to your payment account.

2.7. We may use third-party subcontractors to deliver your service.
Booking Process

3.1. We manage sales of transfer services from transport providers.

3.2. If your credit card is misused after service delivery and banks withhold payment, you agree to repay us within 3 business days.

3.3. Present your transfer voucher to the provider and confirm return details—fixing errors is your job.

3.4. You’re in charge of setting the return time and pickup location.

3.5. Providing correct flight details is entirely up to you.

3.6. Missed flights or delays from wrong flight info are your responsibility—not ours.

3.7. Update us via the voucher’s email or phone if flight times shift. We’re not accountable for delays if you don’t notify us.

3.8. Review this agreement thoroughly before booking.
Payment Responsibility

4.1. We secure payments with SSL certificates, but we’re not responsible for unauthorized card use (e.g., theft, fraud) outside our control.
Cancellations & Changes

Before 19:00 the day prior: Full refund.

Between 19:00–23:00 the day prior: 30% refund.

After 23:00 or post-flight arrival: No refund.

Responsibilities

6.1. Service issues fall on the provider—we’re not accountable.

6.2. We’re not liable for lost items, delays, accidents, injuries, missed flights, or extra costs (e.g., medical, lodging) due to unforeseen events or provider faults.

6.3. You must enter correct transfer details (e.g., pickup time: 1.5 hours for domestic, 2.5 hours for international flights). Delays from mistakes are on you.

6.4. Providers strive to be punctual, but this isn’t guaranteed—extra costs aren’t covered.

6.5. Waiting limits:

Domestic flights: 60 minutes max.

International flights: 120 minutes max.

Private/VIP transfers: 30 minutes max.

Shuttles: 5 minutes max. No refunds after these times.

6.6. Delays or missed services due to your errors are your responsibility.

6.7. Providers aren’t liable for incorrect hotel/address details or delays—extra costs are yours.

6.8. Vehicle categories may vary without notice.

6.9. Providers monitor flight delays up to 3 hours. Contact us for longer waits; fees may apply.

6.10. Return pickup wait is 30 minutes max. No-shows forfeit service and refunds.

Contract & Website Changes

7.1. We may alter this agreement, pricing, or site details anytime—users accept changes automatically.

7.2. We’re not liable for losses from errors, breaches, viruses, or unauthorized access beyond our control.

7.3. Disputes are handled by Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts at CKT’s location, per Ministry guidelines.
