Terms & Conditions

By booking with 724hoteltransfer, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully:
  1. Payment Terms
    Full payment is required before the vehicle departs. Alternatively, you can pay securely by credit card during your reservation via our online payment system.
  2. Telephone Bookings
    Reservations made by phone are subject to these terms and conditions, which the client must accept upon booking.
  3. Group Bookings
    For bookings involving two or more people, the person making the reservation acts as the agent for all party members and accepts these terms on their behalf.
  4. Service Providers
    724hoteltransfer may use operators other than PrivatetransferAntalya as agents, ensuring the same high-quality service standards are maintained.
  5. Confirmation Email
    Your confirmation email serves as your reservation proof. Present it to the driver or representative for both outbound and return journeys.
  6. Changes to Booking
    To amend your pickup, destination, or other details, notify us in writing (email or fax) at least 3 days prior to travel. Modifications may incur additional charges.
  7. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations must be reported via email or phone. The following refund rules apply:
    • Full Refund: Cancellations reported by 19:00 (7:00 PM) one day before the transfer service are eligible for a 100% refund of the transfer fee.
    • Partial Refund: Cancellations notified between 19:00 (7:00 PM) and 23:00 (11:00 PM) one day before the transfer service qualify for a 30% refund of the transfer fee.
    • Non-Refundable: Cancellations made after 23:00 (11:00 PM) one day before the transfer service, or after the flight landing time, are not eligible for a refund.
    • Cash Payment Cancellations: If you selected the cash payment option and fail to inform us of a cancellation, the full reservation fee will be forwarded to your hotel (or authorized airport units) for collection.
  8. Luggage Allowance
    Each passenger is permitted two items of luggage (including a golf bag). Excess luggage must be declared at booking. We reserve the right to charge for extra baggage or refuse transport if undeclared.
  9. Passenger Conduct
    We (and our chauffeurs) reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior poses a threat to the driver, vehicle, or other passengers.
  10. Prohibited Items
    Weapons, drugs, or animals are not allowed on our vehicles. Contact us during booking for special requests.
  11. No Smoking Policy
    Smoking is strictly prohibited in all 724hoteltransfer vehicles.
  12. Delays and Liability
    We aim to ensure timely service, but we are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, or third-party actions). Vehicles are insured as required by Turkish law. Passengers’ property is carried at their own risk, and we are not responsible for loss or damage—please verify your travel insurance.
  13. Uncontrollable Circumstances
    We strive to deliver you to your destination with minimal disruption, but events beyond our control may interfere, such as:
    • Accidents or traffic delays
    • Severe weather or restricted access
    • Police or government directives
    • Vandalism, terrorism, or third-party actions
      No liability will be accepted in these cases.
  14. Failure to Deliver
    If we fail to deliver you to your confirmed destination for reasons within our control, we will arrange alternative transport (e.g., taxi, coach, or train). Reimbursement for alternative transport costs will not exceed the price of a taxi to your ticketed destination.
  15. Late Arrivals
    • Flight Delays: If your flight is delayed and waiting affects other passengers, we may depart before your arrival. We’ll aim to place you on the next available transfer, though waiting may be required. We are not liable for airline delays, cancellations, or rescheduling—direct claims to your airline.
    • Airport Delays: Notify us by phone of delays (e.g., luggage issues). Without notice, we assume you didn’t travel, and no refund will be issued. Drivers wait up to 1 hour after flight arrival. After this, we’ll attempt to assist but cannot guarantee service. Missed transfers are non-refunded, though you may use your ticket on the next available service at no extra cost.
  16. Luggage Limits
    Each passenger may bring one piece of hand luggage and one checked bag.
  17. Airport Meeting Point
    Meeting details will be as specified in your voucher. At any airport, look for a sign with your name in the arrivals area. If you cannot locate your driver, contact us via WhatsApp at +90 850 4411887. Without prior notification of delays, you’ll be considered a no-show after 1 hour (international flights) or 45 minutes (domestic flights) from landing.
  18. Consumer Rights
    These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
  19. Governing Law
    These conditions are governed by Turkish Law in all respects.
